Navigate to Team Settings inside the SWAPP dashboard and enter your staff members' email addresses. You can assign role-based permissions such as Senior Pastor, Outreach Director, Volunteer Leader, or Administrator with one click.
How do we import existing church member data and directories into SWAPP?
SWAPP includes a 1-click CSV directory importer. Export your members from Planning Center, Breeze, Pushpay, or Excel and upload them to SWAPP. All family groupings, contact details, and records map automatically.
How does mobile territory mapping work for outreach and soul winning teams?
Church directors can create neighborhood territory boundaries and print high-resolution paper maps with dynamic QR codes, or assign routes digitally to volunteers' mobile phones with live turn-by-turn navigation.
